CANCELLATION POLICY

At Vidamin Skin Studio, each appointment is reserved especially for you. As a solo studio, last-minute changes have a big impact, so this policy helps protect both your time and mine while keeping the experience smooth and stress-free. 1. Booking & Deposit A card on file is required to secure all appointments. A $35 non-refundable booking deposit is required for each appointment. This deposit goes toward your service total at checkout on the day of your appointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling 24+ hours notice: You may cancel or reschedule once with at least 24 hours notice. Your $35 deposit will be transferred one time to your new appointment date. Less than 48 hours’ notice (Late Cancellation): Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 48 hours of your appointment are considered a late cancellation. Your $35 deposit is forfeited, and 50% of the scheduled service total will be charged to the card on file. No-Call / No-Show: If you do not show up for your appointment and do not contact the studio, it is considered a no-show. 100% of the scheduled service total will be charged to the card on file. A no-show may result in full prepayment required for future bookings or refusal of future appointments. Late Arrivals Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in and complete any remaining forms. There is a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes: Your service may be shortened to respect the next guest’s time, while the full service fee still applies. Arrivals 15 minutes or more late may need to be rescheduled and may be treated as a late cancellation, incurring the applicable fee. Illness & Wellness Your health and safety are a priority. If you are feeling ill, have a fever, contagious condition, or active cold sores in the treatment area, please contact the studio as soon as possible. One courtesy waiver of the late-cancellation fee may be offered for illness at the esthetician’s discretion, if you communicate promptly. Repeated same-day cancellations, even for illness, may still be subject to fees.
